How long do I have to return something?

90 days from the day you receive your order, whether the stamp is not as described or you have simply changed your mind.

Do I have to pay return postage?

If an item is not as described, we cover it. For a change of mind, small UK returns are free, while international orders and larger items are returned at the buyer's cost.

How will I be refunded?

To your original payment method, usually within a few working days of the return reaching us. A replacement or exchange is available instead if you prefer.

What if my order is lost in the post?

We will refund or replace it, whichever you prefer, and if the original later arrives you are welcome to keep it.

We want you to be completely happy with every stamp you buy from us. If you are not, for any reason at all, you can return it within 90 days of receiving it.

That is far longer than the law requires, and it is deliberate: buying a stamp should never feel like a gamble. Whether a stamp simply is not what you hoped for, or you have changed your mind, those 90 days are yours.

In the rare event that a stamp reaches you and is not as we described it, we put it right in full. We refund the purchase price, and we cover the cost of returning it to us, wherever in the world you are.

This is the promise behind our quality and grading standards and our membership of the IPDA, and it applies without quibble.

In every case, we are glad to help you arrange a safe return, and we will always tell you the best way to send a stamp back so that it travels as safely as it arrived.

How refunds work

Once your stamp is safely back with us and checked, we refund you to your original payment method. We aim to do this promptly, usually within a few working days of the return reaching us.

If you would prefer a replacement or an exchange instead, simply let us know and we will arrange it. Whichever you choose, the aim is the same: that you are left glad you bought from us.

How to return a stamp

Returning a stamp is straightforward.

Four simple steps

Get in touch.
Contact us within 90 days, with your order number and the stamp you wish to return.
Pack it safely.
Return the stamp in its original condition, packed as carefully as it reached you, so that it travels safely.
Send it back.
Post it to the address we give you. For an item that was not as described, we will cover the cost.
Receive your refund.
Once it arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method, or arrange a replacement if you prefer.

If your order is lost in the post

Very occasionally, the post lets us both down, and an order is badly delayed or lost. If that happens, we will not leave you waiting indefinitely. We will refund you or send a replacement, whichever you would prefer.

And if the original then turns up after all, it is yours to keep, with our compliments. We would far rather trust you and put things right than have you chase a parcel that may never come.
