  • Order information: the items you buy and your order history.
  • Payment information, handled securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.
  • Messages you send us via the contact form, email, phone or social media.

How we use it

  • To process and dispatch your orders and handle returns.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • Where you have opted in, to send occasional updates by email.

Our platform & service providers

Our store runs on Shopify, which hosts the site and processes orders, email and store data on our behalf. We also share information, only as far as necessary, with payment providers (to take payment) and postal/courier services (to deliver your order). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Analytics

We currently use only the standard reporting built into the Shopify platform and do not run additional third-party analytics. This may change in future; if we introduce further analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and contact records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
